HumsafarMatrimony.com — Fraud Company stopped picking up call after receiving payment

In November, their executive Ms Anjali starts calling my mom for my brother’s profile, she has sent some girls profile as well. After continuous follow up my mom agreed to pay ₹4500 for my brother’s (Gaurav Shukla) marriage. The moment we made the payment that executive stops picking up our call, that went on for 4-5 days..

Then we called customer care and registered our complaint 4 times..Aparently the manager Monica was boss of Anjali from Jabalpur location she said she will help us and assign the profile to some other team member but yet again no body called us...

Lastly I called them and asked for full refund and then they started cutting up our calls..

I mean if this way they handle their customer complaints how pathetic and unprofessional the company will be..

I now any longer want their lame and pathetic service, we just our money back..Please refund us our full money!!
