Please do not misunderstand as there is never an intention to cheat/misguide our valuable users.
Kindly note that the user is duly notified when the subscription is on auto renewal and the user has full right to opt out from the renewal before the expiry of the validity and before the plan gets renewed.
To opt out user can reach out to us and can raise a request via call/email.
With regards to your request raised against login id : [protected]@gmail.com, the renewal has been disabled and your plan will remain active till expiry date only : 22-Oct-2020
As the renewal has been disabled now, it will not be auto renewed. Be rest assured.
