I received a call from Hungama employee regarding subscription of services and at the end of the conversation I have asked him that I don't need any such services and to kindly de-activate the services. He said that I wont be charged unless I click on the link sent to my e-mail id. But, I received the bill next month of charging Rs.150. Then I contacted BSNL office and unsubscribed from the services. Again I received the bill amounting to Rs.420. So, I logged into Hungama Account and de-activated again. Also I sent an e-mail to 'support.[protected]@hungama.com' and they replied me "Please note as per the details and record we have confirmation done by user himself. so in this scenario we can not provide you with the refund". I need the details and records regarding the subscription of services. So, I kindly request you to help me to get my money back. Thank You!!
