complaining about refund

i am complaining about the car i purchased from the dealer

May 1 the sales manager & sales executive is transfered to the popular hyundai pala kottayam district. So the kottayam dealer says he don't know the disount amount said by the sales executive & sales manager....

I regret to state that hyundai motors misguide customers to buy substandard accessories. I purchased grand i10 automatic on the 23rd jan 2019 from sai auto hyundai, dahisar. The sales person strongly advised me to buy accessories like door scuff and lamination, both costing rs.4500/- each, along with other accessories. The lamination was shabbily done which they removed and did again but still it was loose all over, which was later removed...
