I had booked the above car on 13th january 2018 from modi hyundai h promise thane. I was told that the car is in perfect working condition and was given one year warranty for which i paid rs.2529.00.
While taking delivery of the car today on 20 january 2018. I noticed that the right side drl was not working. Your approved used car manual says that each vehicle is put through 147 point check before being certified by you. You also say that the refurbishing process is done by hyundai trained personal. When i brought this to the notice of the sales personal mr. Sumesh nair, he said that the other person who showed the car to you mr. Sandeep giri has not told him anything regarding this. He advice me to go to hyundai work shop and get it done. However i had to pay rs. 15000 yo get the work done. Your car approved car warranty policy for which i paid mentions that every car sold by h promise shall be free from any failure of a mechanical or electrical part.in spite of this i was asked to replace the entire unit even before taking the delivery. More over your trained personnel has not fitted the unit snugly. There is a gap between the body and the unit. On showing him that he has not fitted properly he was not ready to open and refit it properly. He kept on saying that it is fitted properly

I'm unsatisfied with this from hyundai. Just on purchasing your used car which has warranted and certified through 147 check points can not point out a malfunction unit for which i had to shell out rs. 15000 inspite of paying warranty charges for the same. Was this information helpful? |
