Very disheartedly, I'm among the jinxed loop of creta buyer and had to grumble this complain, there is something awry with creta clutch plate that needs to be addressed on priority basis.
I purchased creta NLine N10, 2.5 months (Jan'25) back and within 2 weeks when I was on trip to Manali (I drove around total[protected] km till then) clutch plate burnt out that too in just around 300 metres in elevated traffic, and after service centre visit it was said as this is new model, spare parts will take time to roll in, still I can drive my car, so with damaged clutch I drove my car almost 2 months and went to hill stations.
But, when I was planning a long trip itinerary with my colleagues, for my part I decided to get the damaged clutch plate changed and on 23'Mar'25, it was executed at Pawan Hyundai Service centre in Ghaziabad after engaging me for the whole day and on 28'Mar'25, I commenced my trip to Srinagar following around 600 km of drive car stopped near Udhampur, I complained this to Service centre, vehicle was towed to nearest maintenance centre, after 4-5 hrs of scrutinization, technician mentioned clutch plate is broken and needs to be replaced but, there is unavailability of spare parts, following to this situation, I left my car at Service centre for repair and have to return back to home through public transport.
Today, it has been around 10 days but, there is no update from the Hyundai Service centre, this is very horrendous experience,
Pawan Hyundai Service centre installed faulty parts which shattered completely.
I almost paid 23 lakhs for this car and this is the output.
Need resolution to this complaint with precedence.
