We have purchased hyundai creta sx diesel model (Mh 12 nu 8239) in march, 2016 on the name of my brother shivraj jadhav. We have purchased this vehicle from garve hyundai, vadgaon (Bk), pune. Within one year from the purchase of vehicle, the front glass has broken. For raising this issue we visited the ishanya hyundai, ambegaon, pune. The concerned persons were telling us that it might be broken on high way due to stone, etc. We were not agreeing to with them. But due to paucity of time we haven't raised this issued and we wanted to get changed that glass at the earliest. Therefore, we changed the glass under the cover of insurance, in the month of april, 2017.
Again within 5-6 months the new glass also got broked. After that we have visited ishanya hyundai again and raised this issue. Then were telling us that the glass might got broken due to vehicle's wiper or something else. But this time we were not agreeing to them but they told us that get it changed under a cover of insurance. This time we are not going to change it at our cost, because we are sure that the glass is not breaking due to any of our fault. The fitting of the glass has not done properly by the company and that's why the glass is breaking again and again.
We are using another vehicle since last 4 years but till date no glass has been broken of that vehicle. Further, both these vehicles are parked at same place, the route of both the vehicles are same. Therefore, we strongly oppose that the glass is breaking due to stones or wiper.
We want the glass to be changed at the cost of defaulting party and not at our cost. Also we want a permanent solution on this problem. The glass should not be broken again and again. We are running short of time and we cannot spare our valuable time in visiting the showroom again and again and that to when the company or the dealer is at fault. Was this information helpful? |
