I booked "New Creta MPi 1.5 SX (O) IVT P WHITE with Trident Hyundai Whitefield showroom on 9th Oct 2021 and they promised delivery within 4 months of time. I waited till January 2022 but they didn't kept there promise. I visited their showroom many times (4-5 times) but they kept on giving lame reasons like "Car is not allocated", "Chip shortage", "Russia-Ukraine war" etc. etc.
In the month of January-2021 they made me do extra payment of 10% of car value and promised me early delivery of car, but there is no response since then.
To make things clear I asked them to show number of car booking of model/color and the number of cars of same model/color allocated to showroom since Oct-2021, but they are not showing that as well.
Now that April-2022 is also coming to an end ( 3 months overshoot than what was promised), I want compensation for this unexpected delay and extreme discomfort caused due to promises not kept and continuous running around for car status update.
