Hyundai i20 has a serious i20 clutch system issue. The clutch becomes sticky or hard while driving and eventually as we drive it doesnt engage gears or go down .At this point if we press harder it breaks and car has to be towed.
Got this issue 2 times during lockdown (once having to tow the car) each a year apart. After raising complaints hyundai team said their R and D have said they permanently fixed it with a slave cylinder replacement kit and special grease .Last month after exactly a year later my clutch failed same way .
I take my car weekly and it isnt dle for months or weeks .The only company who cant solve this issue must be hyundai .Pathetic issue which no other car gets even for abroad users other brands they come after months or year and change the battery do some routine changes and car is good as new.
Hyundai clutch cylinder has to be replaced every year with it failing once mid road.We need a permanent solution Was this information helpful? |
