Hyundai Motor India — Not explained properly function of infotainment

I purchased nios AMT last week from your dealer showroom.
at the time of delivery i was not explained properly the car functions specially the infotainment and AMT system.
when your survey team called me i pointed put this and was assured the technician will come to my place to explain it.
till date nobody came or not even a telephone call .
can you please look into the matter and reply
