I recently bought an all-new Hyundai i20 from showroom on 22 oct 2021. So, my car comes with a 4 company fitted tiers of NEXEN tire company which is a korea based company. So now in just 22 days my front left tier got an air bubbles which is covered by any tire companies of India as manufacturing defect and provides a replacement of tier under warranty. So, I contacted Hyundai customer care for how I claim my tiers warranty? Because there were a no official support and services of NEXEN Tires are available in India. So, they told me to visit near by service centre and they will solve your problem. So, after that I visited my nearby Hyundai service centre on 17 Nov, and they told me that we will take picture of your tiers and mail it to NEXEN company, and they will provide you a replacement of tier. But today they call me and said that the company has rejected your claim and we can’t provide you a service for this tier you have to purchase new tier. So, they cheated with me by providing/sold a tier which have an no official services in India, which has a no warranty standards according to Indian consumer warranty policies because all other tier provided companies of india are providing warranty in this type of claim. And Hyundai can’t reject my claim by telling me that we don’t responsible for tier warranty because I bought it from them and paid to them so it’s their responsibility to provide warranty according to Indian standards.
this is my very bad exprience with hyundai so never bought a car which have a NEXEN company tier always told your delar to change it. Was this information helpful? |
