I had given my car Grand i10 sport for service at authorised service centre Grand Hyundai In virar on 9th March 2021. When I gave my car to Sevice center I always told them before u repaired my car provide me 1st quotation if Iam ok with quotation. Than only start working on that . Still without anyone inform me and they done the work . Meanwhile they are asking me to make payment
1st they told me u wil charged only 1700 to 1800 which is service charges now they are telling me your insurance is not proper so u have to pay whole money .. that insurance guy call me and told me ki madam wo apka end say issue hai . I told him how could we knw abt the insurance. You have tyup with them . When I renewed my issuance That insurance guy he didn’t ask me any questions weather we claim car in last insurance or not . Nothg he asked me just askd me to pay online money and done with insurance. We are bloody fool or what . I just really hate this Hyndai service since 3rd service always this people irritating me . Wasting my time
There were no further calls from their end. This shows their callous attitude towards customer.
Iam not going to pay any extra amount
I want my car back by EOD otherwise see what I’ll do I have all calls recording with me
And from 9th March to today is 25th March allmost 17 days Done I have received only 2 calls from them .i called in last week I asked for the update
