We have taken delivery of hyundai grand i10 from pinnacle hyndai, thrissur on 04/07/2017. We did not get good experience at the time of delivery. And also they agreed to refund the excess amount within 15 days. Now almost 25days over and till now the refund is not credited. They are not even responding to the calls and messages.
