I am siddharth golchha for m raipur chhatisgarh
I own a hyundai i20 elite "cg 04 me 9711"
I have acomplaint against shivnath hyundai branch telibanda
I had an accident of my car a month before and i went for insurance claim
I came to know that my police is not cashless which they promised me when i purchased my vehicle
And then the service department, mr amit i have been talking to him since my car went for repair
He cant tell me what aprox time it will take to get my vehicle fixed every week i call him and ask for the status and he tells me that my car is going to be ready in 2-3 days jus one or the other thing is left every time i call him he said the car is absolutelt ready jus one thing is left or some other reason
The last time i visited he said the gear cable is damaged he said me he checked with the other cable, he said he ordered new cable it will come in 2 days but that didnt happened for more than 2 weeks my car isn't ready today its been more than a month still my car is not ready
And still he says there is a problem cuming in gear box than what he checked how he checked i am really frustated with the service and dissatisfied still he cannot tell me what time it will take or what is the problem cuming please do some enquiry and get me a result, i cant call or go to the service centre all time i have many works to do neither they talk properly nor they have an answer what should i do...
