I'm very sorry to say that your sales team is very very pathetic regarding sales and services. Your executives do not entertain the costumers properly. They are acting as hyundai does not need any costumer and showing as if they own the company. Especially the the way they talked to us was not acceptable at all. We are very old costumer of hyundai, and this is not the first time we have experienced. We have experienced this about 3 to 4 times. I used to recommend hyundai cars to my friends and family but from now onward i am not going to recommend hyundai at all. I'm deeply sorry to say that "i regret my experience with hyundai and that i'am hyundai costumer." Was this information helpful? |
