Here is my complaint below:
I had a service long time back and there is no follow up from the service center even when i called them from my end just told me that they will be calling me but after a week with no response. I'm really dissatisfied with the level of support being offered. On top of it getting an issue that was already fixed in the last service and paid huge for it. This must not be the way to be treated and taken care of hyundai customers. If it continues you will be having hard time maintaining the reputation in the market.
