Sir i have been your customer since the old launch of santro car dated 2003. Since then i have been your customer. But today i have mailed you to inform you about the worse experience which has happened with me!
Sir the first santro xs car i had bought was in 2003 the car number being mh 01 ma 1102. After that which the second car i bought was i20 astha car number being mh 01 al 6340 in 2009. Now the lastest car i bought is your i20 elite asta car number being mh 01 by 2238 which i in took 2015.in between i have never purchased any other car leaving hyundai. Along with this i have even referred your car to many of my friends and relatives.
So coming to the main part, i had given my i20 elite asta for servicing in modi motors agencies pvt. Ltd. Which is located in varma complex, jogani industrial estate, sion, chunabatti, mumbai on 6/11/2018. It had been 22 days since the car is in workshop and i have still not got it back!
1. But today i am regretting that i referred hyundai to all my relatives and friends. I am really regretting that i hold on to this brand since ages who gives his service centre authority to any xyz person who doesn’t even have any spare parts nor any responsible person to talk with in service centre nor any sense of the responsibiltiy that he has being a hyundai service centre owner. Inspite of this nor they have that much responsibility to pick my phone. Can i please know how much work was there in car that they are not giving me my car even after whole 22 days and counting!
2. The reparing order slip which the service centre gave me doesn’t even have kilometers mentioned on it. So should i understand that they give cars for contract and use our valuable car during servicing period and is this the reason why they take 22 days!???
3. Now for the insurance claim for which the service centre gives it to insurance company, i have not been informed when the file went to insurance company when did they sign it and what all did they cover in insurance claim. Does your valuable customer don’t have that much right also to know all this things. Do i understand that the service centre does fraud in this also by fooling us!! Why doesn’t service centre keep transparency with us by mailing us evertihng in detail.
4. Do hyundai gives service centre authority to any xyz person not knowing their background also. On what basis does hyundai gives service centre authority to any person? What are qualifications that well know hyundai brand checks?? (Not even having enough spare parts, not even having enough persons to deal with cars at a time)
5. Have hyundia even checked records that modi motors agencies pvt. Ltd. Has not harrassed anyone else like i have been??
6. When talking to service centre person, for this harrassement and wrong behaviour i said them that i will mail to hyundia company directly. On this i got a reply that, do mail whatever u want to mail we don’t care about that. Does this mean hyundai doesn’t need any customers to sell their car from now!!
Along with this i have many things to say but i think this is also more, because hyundai and his service centre doesn’t need customers after seeing this expirence now!!!
Respected sir, i am waiting for a proper reply from your side. I feel i will get justice from your side. But if i don’t get a proper reply i will think that hyundai company doesn’t need me anymore and i should share my worst experience to even my relativites and friends.
