I had very bad experience with this work shop. I had picked my car for three work
1. Full body paint
2. Engine heating
3. Monthly service.
Their supervisor named gaurav chauhan did inspection of my car and total time 12 days is told and charges for paint is told 30k + gst.
Car is delivered to me after 20 days with no intemation of delay to customer and call is arranged with me. I daily called to supervisor and ask the status. No positive response i received from him expect all work has done and we will deliver your car by tomorrow.
After 19 days final day has come to deliver my car when i received my car my remote has broken and wrapped with tape i asked who did this then replied we received broken remote from your side. I got mad.
They charged 69k for my total work which was incomplete. They did rough paint on my car i checked on another center they were shocked that any hyundai center can do such worst quality paint..
They again pick my car and hold for 10 days and again returned with common visible daints i didn't accept this. Again they pulled my car from my home and hold for 10 days i note down 10 points to driver but they did only 3 points. Now the saturation point has come of my patience and i wrote mail to high authority but they even took any serious action on my request.
I would say guys mr. Sanjeev kumar (Manager) mr. Rajendra singh (Gm) and girish tripathi and tarun and gaurav chauhan (Supervisor) are worst persons i ever had met in my life.
Please check your vichele status time to time otherwise they will misguided you.
