I owned a Venue in the March'20, soon after around 5000Km the Air Purifier was not working during my 2nd servicing (15/11/20 at Kun Hyundai, ECIL, Hyderabad) the representative had promised the Air Purifier was raised for warranty claim and I was told it will be delivered by 20/12/20 but no proper feedback, now today i;e 1/2/21 the air purifier was not yet delivered and no clue of this material.
It seems Hyundai Motor dealer is least cared about my concerns and repeatedly giving lame excuses.
I want my Air Purifier immediately with no further delay.
I hope the Hyundai Motor takes note of this and replace AIR PURIFIER immediately.
