Hyundai Motor India — worried I was given defective vehicle

It’s been three years and six months and every time i leave for service they say problems are for because of some reasons which i am not convinced. How a vehicle with three years age can have these kind of problems. I am really concerned and i am starting to believe that this is because i was delivered defective piece. Before i file my case i would like to take this to you and if you can help me it will be great else i need to go for govt help
