I have recieved a speed post cash on delivery article on[protected] from DOT INFOTECH 34/273 TRILOKPURI DELHI 110091 by paying cash of Rs 599.I have not applied for any course in IDOT INFOTECH. After opening the cover! came to know that it is registration fees of Rs:599, I don't know how they got my name mobile number e mail I'd and address. None of the course suits me Please help me to get my amount of Rs 599 which I have paid to receive the letter kindly request you.
