Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recently purchased mobile I kall k23 for my mother, on 6th August 2021,
But there was a battery issue, when we charge the phone it's show's battery full and after almost 1 hour showing there is no battery and some time get switched off,
Can you fix the battery problem or replace the battery.
