I have purchased Ibeery Auxus Nuclea X from Ebay and gone to my native village for 15 day. when I come back to Mumbai I found that Mobile is Defective from Factory. After that I called Iberry Customer care and they told me for online support. But When I lodge complaint on 10 June what non sense reply I am getting from Ms PRIYA the Servant of Iberry India. Details on problem is mentioned as under :

This is refer to my phone call on toll free no. on Saturday[protected] regarding various compliant regarding my new Auxus Nuclea X phone.
1) Display is not properly fitted by factory
2) APK file support is not available by Bluetooth.
3) Rear Camera and Flash is not working since[protected].
So please provide me Service Centre in Mumbai or please send your Engineer to solve my mobile Problem.

IF YOU WILL NOT SOLVE PROBLEM THEN I WILL LODGE COMPLAINT TO VARIOUS SITE AND CALL ALL YOUR RETAILER NOT TO SELL THIS SILLY PHONE ALL OVER INDIA. I WILL GIVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ON ALL ONLINE SHOPPING SITES. I WILL AWARE PEOPLE NOT TO BUY THIRD CLASS MOBILE WHICH IS NOT AS PER HIS COMITTMENT. EVEN THEY DONT HAVE QUALIFIED SERVICE CENTRES.

To reinstall your firmware kindly download the below file and follow the instructions in "Instructions.txt"

I understand that Iberry Auxus is 3rd Class Product and same has no customer satisfaction motto. Even Seller is not interested to listen Genuine Problem hence his sale has been stopped.

U TOLD ME TO VISIT SERVICE CENTRE BUT THIS IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND U R JUST COMMUNICATING FROM 10 DAYS.
