Ibibo Group / Goibibo — UPI payment deducted, flight booking failed. Refund not received

I tried booking flight from BLR to BOM for 17th May'24 - Gobibo asked for Rs 4221 which i paid via UPI. UPI ref[protected]. The amount got debited successfully but goibibo app shown error for flight booking. I tried reaching their customer care number[protected] but its useless for such topics.

Need the money back from Goibibo...
