I am Rajni Patel, [protected] m I had purchase Swift Car and purchase Insurance policy 100% cover all things and understand all detail. It mention that your car can claim 100% if any damage. But showroom is not passing our claim and not giving support after we purchase.
Where should we complaint ? How can we get our money back from Lombard or get service from them ?
Also they force to renew form the auto dealer from where we purchase the car. Dealer "Kiran motor - surat" is not providing proper service as well answer correctly or provide full information about the policy. Every customer is not educated or have English knowledge that they can read * information.
Is there any way that we get justice?
