Fraud service by ICICI Lombard,
Though i have provided the Name mismatch form, Cancelled cheque, Passport and PAN as requested by the customer care, they still ask for revised forms interchanging passport to pan and pan to passport playing around without doing the actual closure.
They been beating around the bush for more than 2 months. hopeless service. Provided the screenshot below, they have both the PAN and my Passport copy already sent.
Not sure of their intention the more they delay the more money they get from the insurance, never expected such a behavior from a reputed organization.
was thinking to approach the Insurance Ombudsman but want to give a try with this forum.
