Hello,
I was called icici lombard customer care on 27 feb 2018 to renew my expired policy for my car. The executive suggests a plan and i made the payment of inr 10450/-. My proposal number: [protected]. He promised me that a person from icici lombard will visit my house within 24 hours to check my car. Only after getting the report they will issue the insurance for me. I keep on waiting and calling the customer care for 15 days, but nothing happened. On march 16, 2018, a person visited my place and checked my car. On 17 march 2018, i got a soft copy of the policy.in this policy issue date is 16 march 2018, but policy coverage date starts from 27 feb 2018 to 26 feb 219.
I feel it's not fair on icici lombard part to start the policy coverage from 27 feb 2018 when the delay is from icici lombard. I request you to please rectify so that i don't need to take harsh decisions. Looking forward to hearing from you asap.
