I would like to inform you under the above subject that I would like to forward this request for claim of the Two-Wheeler Insurance Policy 3005 / TV[protected]/00/000 I have with you. This article is for claim payment clarification purposes. My bike was stolen from my office parking on Saturday, 28/09/2019, by talking to me on ICICI Lombard 18002666 Date for Claim dated 30/09/2019 After that, your agent came to me and took the information of the incident and told the documents for the claim by him, after all the reports came, all the original documents as per the requirement Report as submitted to your agent
Original FIR copy, 100 number pcr report, Court untrack report, rto transfer papers
Insurance policy documents
Duly filled claim settlement form
Copy of Registration certificate of the vehicle
Copy of driving license
Original bike invoice, service book, service copy
Insurance Policy Copy
Original keys of the bike,
No Objection from (NOC) from Hypothecator (Bank or Two-Wheeler Loan Financier), in case vehicle purchase is financed.
It has been more than one month 15 days since I submitted all these documents to your agent, after which we were told that within 90 days your clam will be settled in your account, Sir, through this letter we want to tell you that it has been 105 days. Claim has not been received yet. According to the above article, we want to request you to please make a claim as soon as possible.
