Dear sir/ ma’am
I am holding vehicle insurance policy from your company, policy no, 3001/ha[protected]/00/000.
My vehicle no dl 4c aw 7434 met with an accident on 11/04/2018 for which i registered claim with your company, claim no. Mot0799144, and mr mukesh jain, ph [protected], was allotted to survey and settle this claim from your end.
I have already registered the complaint against surveyor that he was asking for bribe for passing my front windshield in claim, else he will deny it saying it earlier damage before accident.
So finally after filing my complaint with you this surveyor, the biggest beggar in your company, took this complaint on his ego and neither your company was able to justify my complaint against your surveyor. No one from your company never called me to give any explanation for my complaint.
In result, your surveyor holded delivery order for my car for 15 days.
My car was submitted to company on 11/04/2018. I took road test of my car in 03/05/2018 and asked for delivery order of my car as it was absolutely ready.
Your surveyor gave delivery order on 17/05/2018, with the reason that honda has put rs 50000 parts without their consent and i have to bear that 50000 from my pocket as he’s not going to pass it in claim.
Neither honda took any pre approval for putting any part on my cost nor i was responsible to take approval for any part from your surveyor, once handed over my car to honda with honda assure policy. So why i am liable to pay even single penny after paying premium for zero depreciation policy.
Even your surveyor blackmailed me to such extent and took satisfaction letter from me on 6/05/2018. I was never satisfied, but due to his harassment for 50000 parts and holding delivery order i was forced to send that letter if satisfaction.
I paid premium for bumper to bumper zero depreciation policy, still i paid rs 33000 + rs 5800 as my windshield was not changed under insurance.
I paid this amount nearly to 40000 just because
1. Your company doesn’t value your customers.
2. Your surveyor are so underpaid that they need bribe from customers.
3. Your company can’t justify customers complaint even.
4. Your surveyor’s ego is so bigger that he can harass any customer to any extent under your company’s wings, because your company never approach customer to know truth.
5. Your company is fraud as you sell zero depreciation policies on false commitments.
6. Even when you come to sell policies, at that time there is no hidden cost other than rs 1000 file charge. So what does this 40000 mean, i paid for???
7. Your company is happy getting false letter of satisfaction from dissatisfied customers by harassing them.
So i feel this is the matter of shame on your company’s face and believe me these are symptoms to the path to end.
I hate and strictly dislike your company.
If you still have some respect for your customers, kindly look into the matter.
