IDBI Federal — Cheating, forgery in Insurance policy sale and compensation policy no [protected]

Policy number [protected]My concern is my father paid 1, 00, 000 rupees in 2010 to IDBI Federal insurance agent and I received 110000 rupees only as compensation in 2014 after death of my father. I have raised this question that its a loot as I am getting return less than savings account forget FD. I feel IDBI federal has cheated us. There are couple of customers in Tinsukia who are struggling for more than 1.5 years just for the claim. I feel like giving this and reporting to media, your Mumbai landlines do not work.
