IDBI Federal — Not returning policy in free look period

Sir/madam
I have taken loan from idbi bank derabassi. Punjab they told me to take life insurance policy which is compulsory with loan. I agreed with them and ask them to give me single premium policy. Which premium i will pay from loan amount but when i received policy it was for twelve year premium. I have taken it to sector 8c, chandigarh office, but they refused to return policy.
So i request to return my policy and give my premium back.
