IDBI Federal — Payment done but not recived to company

Resp sir, policy number [protected] regarding this policy number. i have done the payment on 12th of august of 2016 through online mode and my amount is debited to my account and i have sent more than 15 mails to company support team and sent all the requried documents but still ts over 20days my issue has not been solved...plz look over the matter...and revirt me ...
