IDBI Federal — refund against the cancellation of policy

Good afternoon, Myself mr. Kashyap yagnik (Idbi client no – [protected]) from surednranagar, gujarat writing this mail regarding my complaint of idbi ferdeal. I had took a child insurance policy for my daughter (Policy no.[protected]) from idbi agent mr. Harsh acharya (Mo: [protected]) last year, and have paid the first premium of 63, 000. Now due to poor economical position i am unable to pay the second premium and so from last 2 months i am continuously trying to contact agent and also mailing them regarding my cancellation, but i am not getting any response from their side. And now after 3 reminders they are telling me that my case is lapse now and i wont get any refund. So, now please suggest me further process to get my refund. Please do the needful.
