I used your [protected] mobile number for 3 years in postpaid connection and before 2 month i contact to your store for more than 3 times to change my connection into prepaid but they will not change my connection into prepaid because of your server fault and at last your executive told me to change my sim address to another address because of lack of time for me. After i changed my sim address into my cousin's address and he activate the sim through vi app and after he tried to contact with your service executives for his address verify but at that time your executives are telling the same reason "server fault" and now my sim is completely disconnected by the reason of address verification fault, so now i kindly request you sir to give back my sim
