iEnergizer — Relieving letter issue

Sir, My name is Anil Kumar Rai, emp id:T128217. I resigned my company Ienergizer on 7th jan 2020 and not served notice period because of some personal issues in family. Now when i visit the company 1st oct to get my relieving letter. I found they have abscond me and now they want me to pay 35098 rupees as recovery amount. They say 25000 is training expenses and 18000 gross pay one month salary minus 5.5 days slary and 6 leaves adjustment. The amount company charging is too high and not justified. The HR does not listen to my request and demanding this amount. I am helpless and under pressure. Please help me. God bless you.
