its gone a year, Ms. smritri bhandari (assistant manager)announced in metting that, "she is going to transfer few employee from audio vidual to home appliances process of samsung tech. support by hook or crook, without any criterion". Without any prior notice of announcement of names she directly transferred me . That hurts me alot because she used the word by hook or crook in front of whole team. When i asked her about reason she told that process is going to ramp down, but on those time call was increasing day by day. I said i am better in av process and not going any other process. She forced me to write the resignation and mention because of personal reasons.
she sent me to HR(megha mam), and mailed for disciplinary issue, on basis of absency of mine on prior day .According to company policy if any employee that is absent, its not a disciplinary issue. The management and HR both played a bad game .Anurang agarwal(assistant manager) is also a short tempered man, he shouted at me in front of 100 employees . i am not so much good in writing, a lot of mistake may be in my sentences.
its about the integrity of a lower management, she played a worst culprit game with whole team of av, that 95% employees quit the company within next 4 months (skilled employees working for some 2 yrs, some are 3yrs and more).she was doing such thing coz her record was not appreciable, because of her bad decision she thougt there might be problem inside the whole av team, whynot make them out and hire new whole group .
Even ienergizer is a company who is working for purpose of profit maximazation, not wealth maximazation.Even for investor its not a great company to invest where whole manipulators and crooks are sitting to suck the employees emotion and self respect .Its not all story i can"t elaborate here .
