I bought ifb washing mashing model Elite MXS on 22/10/2022. After one month o[censored]sing, we realised our clothes getting torn and bleaching color while spinning in washing machine. I lost clothes almost 10k-15k, I asked for replacement or refund of machine from retail store but they told to contact customer care, the franchisee sent 5-7 technicians till now, they installed defective drum which lead to tearing further clothes, they agree that with the problem but blame on us for putting old clothes. I cannot afford to lose more clothes. Please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Invoice number - 1252/22/S-32229 Complaint number -
