IFCI — Ifci bond amount matured, amount not received

I had a IFCI long term infrastructure bond series 4th having folio no INB0048657. This bond has been matured in the month of February 2021 .I have send it with cancelled cheque in support of bank account number and other documents in the month of January 2021 .
