Complaint marked as Resolved When I called the toll free No. of IFFCOTOKIO, I was asked to send the copy of my old/expired insurance document copy + active insurance document copy + RC Copy through email to IFFCOTOKIO web support email id. An Endorsement No. was created and sent to me.
But there was no reply from IFFCOTOKIO for 3-4 days. So, I called the toll free No. daily to know the status of the service request. After 2 days I was told that my request was sent to the Concerned department and it will take 8 - 10 days for the updation of the document.
And after a series of call on the Toll Free number on daily basis, on the 12th working day, I was informed to visit a local iffcotokio office in chennai. I sent the same documents to chennai office email ID and after 2 days of call and follow-up I got my document updated.
