Dear Madam/Sir,
I have wrote multiple email and phone calls to IFFCO TOKIO INSURANCE COMPANY to cancell my Renewal of Motor Policy which was with wrong details and validity and to refund my balance but they have not refunded nor replying me anything. I have also escalate the case to their grievance department but then too no reply or response in my case.
I feel there is no responsible person and no one wants to perform their duties or resolve the querry. Kindly help me regarding same.
