[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation [IHO] — generic medicine for all doctors, hospitals, practitioners | |||
It is one of the big concern in society that health services are very costly. Most of the saving of the people are going to consume for health issue. It is one kind of big scam which is going on in the country. Govt infrastructure is not enough to provide best health services at reasonable price. Due to that corporate and big mafia entered in this sector and started looting people very systematically - no one is challenging them for doing so.in my view govt take appropriate action to make it compulsory use of generic medicine. It can by done very systematically that govt. Hospital shall prescribe only generic medicine further all corporate and big hospital and private practitioners shall also prescribe generic medicine and make it available, only generic medicine. They should not allow to sell other than generic medicine in there premises and surroundings. Govt should ensure that all such health service providers suggest/recommend only generic medicine and make it available at every where where ever is required at best price.
