I visit my home branch for any major issues.
For any paper work they ask to come by 10 am morning.During lunch(Anytime between 12-3 pm) mostly very less people available and specific section person including the manager unavailable.Other persons out there do not provide proper response.They reply as I'm busy with work, check with other person.By 3 pm they say it is end of the day come by morning.
We have other works other than visiting the branch first thing in the morning.They stop any work by 3.55 pm and leave the place.
Please make atleast 1 to 2 staff as helpdesk person available on working hours to respond to customers queries and guide them about their concerns and assist with the process.Extending working hours can also be a solution to this kind of problems as they may find sufficient time to respond.
