omplaint about incomplete inappropriate frustrated service of property listing package as well as height of ignorance to customer
Please guide me to file a strong complaint against www.indiaproperty.com and Employee named Mr. Praful S

I was first contacted by Ranjana and Sanjay who forced me to use paid service. After so much hesitation and promises from Ranjana I have accepted to go with this service

I got a heavy calls in period of 29 October 2014 to 4 November 2014 from indiaproperty.com employee named Ranjana, Sanjay, & Praful To list my property on indiaproperty.com by offering Package of 4999 Rs. I was first contacted by Ranjana and Sanjay who forced me to use paid service. After so much hesitation and promises from Ranjana, Praful, Sanjay I have accepted to go with this service

On 4-5 November 2014 i purchased a listings package of 4999/- Rs. for my property which is in Boisar for 3 months (payment done through Debit Card) Property ID : IP3911385
1) First thing they did not given full service for three months :--- The property was listed only for two months and only 8 leads given to me for my property out of which all were fake and not interested in my property at all, their requirements was different. Most of were brokers and all were very disrespectful, wanted to do only TIMEPAAS
2) After new first 10 days from activation, they forgot me and my account and their promises. Every time i used to call or mail them to ask to call me and ask for leads. Everyday i called them to ask status but they always said " its in process, wait for some days" or " sanjay is out of station and from now i am going to handle your account" after that Ranjana said that "sir please give me some more days, i am suffered from flu"
Every time i got silly response from them. After activation literally they never ever called me to ask about my property or my listings performance. Every time i used to call them and remind them about my service their rolls
3) As per package SMS blast facility was their. But they not even bothered to activate it in 55 days. After my call on 55th day for request to activate SMS blast they activated it. Which clearly indicates that how much they were serious and how they handled my account.
4) I called them lot of times. You can get details from my call history.
I also contacted through emails to Praful S (praful.[protected]@indiaproperty.com)
Out of which only a single time he was responded to me
