I have ordered a product on 1st October from Indiarush online shopping portal but the quality of product i got was pathetic, it was totally different from the product which i have seen on website. i confirmed it from Customer care before ordering that if in case i don't like the product whether i can get my amount back in my Bank Account or not and they confirmed me that time that you will get your amount in Bank Account if in case you don't like it. i have returned my product 1.5 weeks before to their representative but still i have not received my amount and whenever i call on customer care their number is busy.
Yesterday only they responded to my call after trying to call them 20 times a day and now they are saying that they only have replacement policy not returning policy. They are playing with the customer's emotions and money. and i am tired of calling them 20 times a day . Infact i asked them to make me talk to their senior but they responded so rudely and said they do not have call transferring facility. So why the hell they have opened this site.
I have complaint through email as well but still have not received any answer from them.
I want my money back. my amount is Rs 1270 and my Order number is[protected].
I would request Indian Consumer Complaint to please help me in getting my money back .
