I have purchased the Panasonic
GD21(Grey) mobile on Jan 10, 2015 through online order number [protected] . It was received on 12th jan 2015. I have use it on 13th jan 2015 but the mobile creates problem as the receiving person cannot hear the calling voice, so I went to the Panasonic service center. There he checks
the mobile and said, that this mobile piece is a “FAULTY” one. Then service center prepares the “DOA CERTIFICATE” .I request you to replace the old mobile handset with new one OR refund the money back .
I am attaching the DOA Letter.
Please sent the replacement/
