According to above mentioned Bill No. i have purchased a Dell inspiron 15 3521Laptop.
This laptop is covered under 1 year warranty from the date of invoice but due to some technical error warranty expires on 5th december 2014 as per records of dell.
As per conversation with dell they need a bill on which service tag of latop is mentined but unfortunately there is no service tag no. on invoice provided by company.
I am continously from 50 days contacting customer care for updating my bill but as a response am getting nothing. Ur concerned senior officer always need a time of 2 days.
My warranty period is expiring with in 5 days and my laptop needs repair.
