I'm writing you this email as I'm having a concern with one of my recent fastag recharge. An amount of Rs 513.48 was debited from my account on March 16, 2022 at 11:19 am, however, my AXIS fast tag isn't showing the debited amount.
I got an email stating that the payment was actually debited to Indiatab Esolution.
In this case, I request you to kindly credit my transaction back to my original payment account itself as it hasn't credited to my fastag account.
FYI : This was the confirmation message which I've received.
ICICI Bank Acct XX305 debited for Rs 513.48 on 16-Mar-22; Inditab Esoluti credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 305 to [protected].
Kindly do the needful and revert to me as soon as possible.

Now, it's been exact 2months today..not refund from India tab yet. Contacted and e-mailed them multiple times with no response. Was this information helpful? |
I have recharged Rs. 181/- but recharged not succesful and not amount refunded. So request to refund
