Hi I had purchased an Office chair on 04th NOVEMBER 2020 and got the delivery IN 3-4 days, Chair came only different what shown on website also got damaged product, I.e. the headrest portion was
broken in the box during shipment, have been contacting the customer care and mailed all required details and speaking to them every single day since 04th NOVEMBER till date and cant believe NO RESOLUTION TILL DATE - this is the MOST PATHETIC response I have ever received till date when purchased online.
They make false promis that senior will give you call back in 24 hrs which from 04th NOVEMBER has not come till now.
