I have ordered one Ambrane Black 3G Calling Tablet A3-7 Plus Duo for Rs. 3, 723.00/- vide Order No [protected]. I received a defective product, it is not working, so that i informed customer care agent and put a mail . They asked me to send a video regarding what is the problem and all. I was also sent all the required things through video .
One day i received a call from Industry buying and they said have arranged pick up for return that defective product. So i packed all the things which i was received in parcel and i sent that packing video also to that customer care mail id
They put me a mail, still we have not received the return parcel, once we received we will proceed further. So i done that job also. I tracked the return parcel and sent the delivery proof too.
Next day they sent a mail that is " we need your bank details to process the refund and i sent that too, after that still no response from them. its been 4 days past.
