IndustryBuying.com — Product Not Delivered And Refund Not Credited Even After 21 Days

I Had Placed an Order on Indutrybuying.com on[protected] and Paid 7093Rs to them via Netbanking.
After waiting for more than a week, I got a mail on[protected] from them saying
"We would like to inform you that we have canceled your order because o[censored]navailability of the product, We have initiated a refund and it will be reflected in your original payment method/bank account within 2-5 business days."

After that email, I waited for more than 5 business days but the refund NOT credited to my bank account So I Called Customer Care on[protected] to ask about my refund.

He told me that refund was processed in my bank account on[protected]so I got a little worried. I informed him that I didn't receive a refund amount of 7093 in my account from them.

So he told me to mail my concern along with a bank statement from[protected] till that date which is[protected] on their customer care email, so I mailed.

My bank statement clearly showing them that "The refund is Not credited in my account".
still, the company is saying the same thing again and again that the refund amount is processed and gave me Refund Reference Id:-5fa2c38a8730f saying We request you to kindly contact the bank if the amount is not yet reflected in your bank account

So I visited the bank, Bank Officer told me that no money is credited in your bank account from industrybuying.com

AT SAME TIME I CALLED industrybuying.com customer care so the bank officer can talk with him. On phone, the bank officer told him that the customer ( Me) didn't receive any money from industybuying.com and instructed him to re-initiate a refund of 7093rs.

Even after this instruction from bank INDUSTRYBUYING.COM's customer care executive asked me to again mail concern to their email id with the bank statement and told me that we will solve your problem in 24 hours.

So I again emailed my bank statement which clearly shows I didn't receive a 7093rs refund. More than 24 hours passed still didn't get a proper solution or refund.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP.

So I WANT TO TELL ALL CONSUMERS NEVER EVER BUY FROM INDUSTRYBUYING.COM IT IS "FRAUD COMPANY".

- if you (INDUSTRYBUYING.COM) don't have a product in stock then why you take orders and money and even you take an order first confirm it and then ask for money before shipping the order.

- Now if you took the money then what is the meaning of canceling an order after more than 7 days why so long time taken.

- ABOVE ALL if you canceled the order why are you not refunding money back to the customer's account and laying every time when asked for a refund.
